The short version
Kindred Page helps you gather letters, photos, and voice notes from someone’s people and turn them into a printed keepsake. We collect only what we need to do that, we never sell or share your information, and we don’t run ads or trackers.
What we collect, and why
On this homepage: if you join our waitlist, we store your email address — nothing else. We use it only to contact you when Kindred Page opens up, and for nothing else.
On private gift pages: if you’ve been invited to contribute to someone’s book, we store your name, your letter, any photos and voice notes you choose to add, and your email if you share it. These are used solely to create the gift book and its digital companion for the person being celebrated.
What we never do
We don’t sell your information. We don’t share it with advertisers. We don’t use tracking cookies or analytics beyond the basic logs our hosting needs to run. Your words are not used to train anything.
How things are kept private
Gift pages are hidden from search engines and shared only by the organizer, directly with the people they invite. Contributors can’t see each other’s letters — only the organizer can, until the book is given. Everything is stored privately in our backend.
Your choices
Any time, you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it — whether that’s your waitlist email or something you contributed to a book. Just email us and we’ll take care of it promptly.
Changes to this page
We’re a young service and this policy may evolve as we grow. If we change it in a way that matters, we’ll say so clearly here and, for waitlist members, by email.
